Maria Mälksoo participates in the Munich Security Conference 2025 Side Event on Negotiating an End to Russia’s War against Ukraine

Prof. Maria Mälksoo participated in the 2025 Munich Security Conference side event organised by the Clingendael, titled ‘Deal-Makers or Deal Breakers? Negotiating an End to Russia’s War Against Ukraine’. At this event, members of the Clingendael-led International Expert Group discussed possibilities and pitfalls of a peace process for Ukraine with various high-level policy-makers and think tankers present in Munich.
