Prof. Maria Mälksoo at the Riga Workshop on 20 years of the Baltic membership in NATO

Prof. Maria Mälksoo participated at a workshop dedicated to the Baltic states’ 20th anniversary in NATO in Riga, Latvia, on 25 April 2024. Her contribution was titled ‘Making Deterrence Matter in NATO’s Eastern Flank’. The workshop was organised in collaboration with the University of Greifswald ‘s Interdisciplinary Centre for Baltic Sea Region Research, the University of Latvia and the German Embassy in Riga.
