Ritual Deterrence Team Presents at the APSA2024 in Philadelphia, PA, USA

Maria Mälksoo and Cameron Hunter presented their research at the 2024 American Political Science Association’s (APSA) Annual Meeting ‘Democracy: Retrenchment, Renovation, & Reimagination’. Maria Mälksoo gave a paper ‘Agents of Deterrence: The Baltic Politics of Post-War Accountability for Russia’ in the panel dedicated to the nexus between transitional justice and international norms. Cameron Hunter presented his paper (co-authored with Bleddyn Bowen) ‘Artificial Intelligence, Command Decisions, and Kitsch Visions of War’ as part of the panel on emerging technologies and international security.
